Sheet bending

Our department is equipped with technologically advanced machines, all featuring numerical control and graphical interfaces, ensuring precision, efficiency, and repeatibility in every operation. Our press brakes are directly connected to the technical office, allowing the verification of part dimensions. Additionally, bending programs can be developed and optimized directly by the technical office, reducing production time and minimizing the risk of errors. We permorm bends of any tipe on all materials, up to a maximum lenght of 4 meters using both robotic and manual bending cells. We are also equipped with a panel bender, which solves complex bending challenges and ensures parts are free from processing marks.
