Lafre provides powder coating services carried out through both conveyor line systems and static painting systems, solutions that allow us to efficiently manage both mass production and single – piece processing.
Thermosetting powder coatting are used, ensuring long-lasting resistance, excellent adhesion, and a uniform, durable finish.
A wide range of customization options is available: customers can choose from the entire RAL colour scale or request custom colours based on specific project requirements. In addition, the desired surface gloss level can be selected, along with different types of finishing.
Galvanizing articles sheet
Lafre offers hot and cold electrolytic galvanizing services, treatments designed to protect metal components from corrosion and wear, improving their durability and long-term performance.
To complete the production process, we provide a wide range of surface treatments, including nickel planting, chrome planting, black oxide treatment, phosphating, polishing, shot peening, sandblasting and anodizing. Each process is selected according to the specific requirements of the component, the material, and its intended application.
